VRV S.p.A. is an industrial company – established in Milan and successively moved to Ornago in 1974, where it is still present – which has been operating for 50 years in the design and manufacturing of pressure equipment for chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and power industry, for three production divisions : Pressure Vessels, Cryogenic and Process and Plants.
Most of VRV manufacturing activity takes place at Ornago and Burago facilities, besides owning 100% of Cryo Diffusion, a French company specialized in the design and manufacturing of super-insulated cryogenic equipment for human and animal biology and physical research.
VRV stretches over a large area with extensive service yards for the handling of materials and finished products. Its workshops are modernly equipped and the updated facilities VRV has and the up-to-date techniques applied to the manufacturing process provide a firm foundation upon which the most qualified projects are carried out.
The selection of materials, the accurate controls of both the components and finished products, the careful non-destructive tests, the intermediate and final inspection, the special care taken over the heat treatments, enable VRV to meet the requirements of the most demanding customers and of national and international inspection boards.

Our company is present on the main international markets with the most important Engineering Companies, General Contractors and End-Users in Europe, Asia, America, and Oceania reaching year-by-year longed-for technological targets with Clients of primary importance.

The story of the company has always been dedicated to its growth, with a special attention and focus to the international markets, the new technologies, sophisticated and the high level products.

The group technology has also developed the design of the “Flash System” technology for continuous drying and reaction plants and the most advanced technology for the oxygen-therapy and bio-medical products.
The 2001 acquisition of 100% of Cryo Diffusion S.A. and the 2005 acquisition of Burago facilities completes the continuous growth of VRV, also proved by the new expansion of the Ornago area forecast in 2008.
